Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice



If you believe that content available on FreebieVIP infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, the notification must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on our site
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised
  • A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
